REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of handmade items, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please note that any orders cannot be cancelled after you receive a shipping confirmation/notification.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out at thekeipopstancreations@gmail.com within 14 business days (2 weeks) from the shipment date for assistance.
We cannot assist you after 14 business days (2 weeks) , if the item is used, or marked deilvered.
